Not only that but all our A5 NCR products are printed on 80gsm NCR paper measuring 148mm x 210mm. This makes them perfectly sized for carrying in your laptop bag, while still being able to hold lots of information. We offer a choice of 2 part and 3 part NCR allowing you to have 2 or 3 copies of the information. All our pads hold 50 sets per pad, meaning if you order a 3-part A5 NCR, it would have 150 sheets glued together giving you a total of 50 printed receipt pads, accident forms, purchase orders and everything in between!

NCR pads are handy business tools that can copy information for you. Not so long ago, a lot of businesses used carbonised paper which involved using an ordinary sheet of paper over the top of a sheet of blue carbon paper. When written on, the carbon would push itself onto the paper below, so you received an exact copy of the details made. NCR pads are different to our other NCR products since they are glued along the top to create pads of 50 copies. NCR forms or sets on the other hand are produced as loose sheets. Meanwhile, NCR Books come with a perforated edge so that one copy is always maintained within the book for your records. Rather than using a sheet of carbon paper for the reasons above, our A5 NCR pads are made up of several pieces of NCR paper lined with a special micro-encapsulated dye. You have a top sheet and a clay coating on all layers. The carbonless copy paper is glued together in either a set of 2 (when a duplicate is needed) or 3 (when three copies are required) so that when you write on the top sheet using a pen, the writing transfers onto all sheets below and you have perfect copies of the original. You can then tear out the documents and give them to customers and file the other copies away for yourself.Â

This depends entirely on how many copies you’d like to make per interaction! Let us explain… Our duplicate and triplicate products differ for the number of sheets contained within. Our custom NCR duplicate pads contain 50 sets so the pad would have 100 sheets glued together. On the other hand, a 3-part NCR would have 150 sheets per pad. Alternatively, if you’re someone that requires four copies of the same document, then you may need a 4-part NCR then each pad would have 200 sheets.
This is dependent on many factors including the specifications you choose when placing your order. Typically shorter runs are done within 5-7 working days with larger runs 7-10 working days. As well as being fantastic tools for copying information, NCR products can be excellent for establishing your company’s brand identity and establishing a good reputation. We highly recommend making sure the design of your NCR book, set or pad looks professional and stays in line with your company’s design. Typically you would want your company name and contact details clear to see so customers can easily recognise and contact your business.
If you are having sequential numbering on your A5 NCR product, it is best to supply us with two files; one for us to print from and one showing the numbering position as a guide. We will always send a proof with the number before printing for you to check over. Don’t worry, we always send a screen proof for you to approve before printing – this is our standard protocol.
We offer a range of options for the creation of your order pads! For starters, we offer sequential numbering for free! You only have to tell us the start number you would like to begin and let us know where you would like it to go. You can then have them printed in black ink or we can print full colour. If you would also like to get your NCR Pads double-sided, we suggest using 70% black for the reverse to avoid any show-through.
Our pads are available with drilling which is ideal for when you need to store your duplicate copies in a folder. We also give you the choice of paper colour on your duplicate invoices. The top is always white however you are free to choose the second and third colour to work for you and your branding.
