Simply let us know which template you wish to use, send the details that you wish on there along with your order. We will create the proof for you and send it across for you to check.
Well after you have done what was mentioned above (letting us know which template and the details needed), our professional design team take these details and add them to your chosen template for you.
We then email you a proof to ensure that all details are correct.
We charge for this service as our design team outlay time to do the design and alterations that you need.
However there are some limits with this free service.
For instance this is not a fully bespoke NCR design service, we offer a Design For You service for this. This is an entry level service where one of our templates is used and customised with your details.
This helps our design team pair your order with your chosen NCR product – gathering information like size, whether its a Book or Pad etc.
Knowing this is a vital step to the design process as designs need altering slightly depending on your chosen options.

We have set this as a required field as you should always provide customers a point of contact. Its just good business.
This is not required however again its good to provide your customers with as many points of contact as you operate for convienience.
Providing your customers with an email address can enable you to handle enquiries and most if not all businesses should be able to provide customers a contact email address

A very important part of having branded NCR! You can add your logo in the cart or email it across to the team. We would always recommending the best version of your logo as possible to ensure the quality of your NCR is at its absolute best.
Usually our team are able to make these changes relatively quickly – this does however depend on there work flow and the design queue. In most cases we can get a proof back to you via email within the hour during working hours. In some cases this may be longer.
It is then up to you to check the design over to make sure all is correct and email back to say that the design is APPROVED.
Once we have this we can then move your design along with your order into our production queue.
