There is a wide range of options available for you to personalise your legal forms including sequential numbering, and perforation as well as a fair few options which we will briefly cover now.

Commonly seen in invoice pads form they can be used as a checklist too!

They can be printed single and double-sided – typically the reverse side would only be printed with terms and conditions you would not want to put on any form elements there it wouldn’t work!

We mentioned numbering this is ideal in any legal documents as it helps keep all the ducks in a row! Sequentially numbered documents are perfectly legal business stationery. For this, you would just have to tell us your starting number.

You can have them hole punched with either 2 or 4 holes making the use of NCR sheets easy to store in a folder for court!

They can be provided in Pads, Books and individual sets!

NCR booklets are stapled and bound and can be perforated so that one of the copies of an original document always stays fixed within the book. Books are made of 50 sets. This is one of their oldest uses as receipt books and is used for this by many businesses.

Pads are also 50 complete sets – available with numbering but not perforation. These multiple sets are peeled off as and when needed and are often produced for use within a retail environment. NCR Pads are not stapled but are still glued together.

Sets or NCR forms can be printed with drilling and numbering but rather than being bound together they are kept as one complete set. This is where all the NCR  parts are glued together on their own. Let us say for example you were having a 4-part NCR set, there would be 4 pieces of NCR paper used and these are glued together.

How they work is the same with all finishing methods, NCR paper is coated with a special coating or dye which reacts when pressure is applied to the top sheet it copies to all other copies in the set. NCR stands for No Carbon Required and means that we no longer have to use the toxic and annoying blue sheets.
