We offer our individual sets printed in full colour or you choose to have your NCR set printed in colour black ink only (known as mono). The choice is up to you!
Our NCR forms are printed on 80gsm NCR special paper measuring to 99mm x 210mm, the perfect size for carrying in your bag or pocket but one that can still fit information on. We offer both 2 part and 3 part NCR products for you to choose from.
NCR Forms differ to our NCR Books because they are not perforated. They are similar, but the sheets are glued on one edge, typically along the top, however we can offer an individual set glued lightly to the edge if you wish. Sets do not need to have a grey backing board or loose writing shields as they are only bound together and sets remain as individuals. All of our custom printed NCR sheets are delivered free nationwide. Â
In NCR Books, 50 NCR sets are bound together in pads or books (books differ slightly as they are also stapled and can be perforated). Pads and books are typically used for invoices and are perfect for receipts completion whether in the office or out and about.
When you order from us for your custom NCR printing needs, we will always ensure you have a white top sheet so you can write on the top and then customised paper colours for the bottom sheets. As a minimum, NCR carbonless paper is available in 2-part, 3-part or 4 part (quadruplicate).
NCR Sets are one of those clever business tools that can provide a way for you to retain copies of important information. In the past, most businesses used that pesky blue carbon paper which involved using an ordinary sheet of paper over the top of a sheet of carbon paper – most of us will of seen this at some point.
When the pressure was applied to the top copy, the carbon would transfer from the blue sheet onto the paper below, so you received a copy of the details. However, carbon paper was, and is, incredibly messy, and the information was easy to smudge.
The invention of specialist NCRÂ paper has solved all of these issues! It has provided an accurate and effortless way for people of all trades and specialities to duplicate and triplicate their hand-written documents accurately and professionally. NCR sets are glued along the top for fuss-free purchase orders, receipts and more.
Our sets are available in 4 sizes: DL, A4, A5 and A6. All come with free delivery to a UK mainland address.
Rather than messing around with annoying carbon paper – where you have to align the sheets to make sure duplication comes across exactly right, NCR sets are made up of several pieces of specialist NCR paper covered with a special micro-encapsulated dye. The paper is glued together in sets of 2 or 3 so that when you apply pressure with a pen, the information transfers across all sheets and you have cloned copies of the original.
NCR Sets are used by a wide range of businesses, most commonly tradesman that need to write out multiple timesheets, delivery notes or receipts quickly and efficiently. They can be used for any reason where you may need a record of something.
How long does it take? Well this depends on what specifications you are ordering. For example, if you are having them double sided with T&Cs (terms and conditions) on the back or sequential numbering, this may take a little longer. Most shorter run orders are dispatched in 5 working days while larger or more complex orders can be up to 7-10 working days. You have to remember we are dealing with a tailored product and they are all made order.

Your NCR set must include your company’s logo, company name and contact details if you want a professional finish.
Numbering and drilling is available across all of our NCR products free of charge. If you have chosen to have sequential numbering on your NCR Sets, please supply us with two files. One for print and one showing the numbering position information as a reference specified in the pdf. This is so that we know where you would like numbering. When you place your order, you can tell us your start number. (i.e we can continue your current invoice number).Â
If you are ordering a double-sided NCR Set, we would suggest using 70% black for the reserve to avoid any show-through. Remember that the back is typically used for terms and conditions and not for any form elements.
As well as offering black and full colour CMYK order forms for our NCR sets online, we are able to quote for spot colour printing too. Our larger (above 2000 sets) orders have Pantone colour available.
